3. Products & Custom Orders
Stiqo specializes in custom-made products.

Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after production has started.

4. Design Responsibility & Copyright
By uploading designs, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the design or have permission to use it.
The design does not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
Stiqo is not responsible for any legal issues arising from customer-provided designs.
Stiqo reserves the right to reject designs that are illegal, offensive, or violate policies.

5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as mentioned.
Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway.
Stiqo reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Production & Quality
We make every effort to ensure high-quality printing and cutting.
Minor color variations may occur due to screen-to-print differences.
Such variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, or external factors.
Stiqo is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of custom products:
Custom-made orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damaged delivery.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos.

9. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Stiqo reserves the right to cancel orders due to design issues, payment failure, or policy violations.

10. Limitation of Liability
Stiqo shall not be liable for:

Losses arising from misuse of products or incorrect design uploads.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
